ORDERING AND PAYMENT
Price and availability are subject to change without notice.
MaMoo Ltd are not responsible
for possible errors on the site.
There may be colour
differences between goods as viewed on the site and their actual colours, which
are caused by the variations in computer screen quality.
Shipping costs vary
depending on delivery address.
MaMoo Ltd have the
right to refuse a sale for any reason whatsoever.
Sales to outside the
EU are final and we do not operate a returns policy to non EU countries as yet.
Refunds will only be
given if the garment supplied has a defect. Minor inconsistencies in the garment
and variations in colour/size do not constitute grounds for a refund.
The cost of returning
a garment is the responsibility of the customer. Exchange of goods is at the discretion
of MaMoo Ltd.
You will receive e-mail
notification of your payment as an invoice. You will also be sent an e-mail to notify
you of the dispatch of your goods.
You will be sent a
confirmation of your order and also an order number which you need to keep with
you when contacting us.
In the rare case of
a complaint, contact customer care:
RETURNS POLICY
We will replace goods
which are deemed to be faulty. Refunds and replacements are granted at the discretion
of MaMoo Ltd.
We will exchange goods,
provided the goods are returned in their original condition.
This does not include
variations in garment colour or choice of wrong size, design, garment etc.
MaMoo Ltd will not
accept responsibility for differences in colour which may be a result of computer
screen representation of our garments.
Return postage is the
responsibility of the customer but will be refunded at our discretion if the goods
are faulty.
Please post items to
us with some form of insurance or proof of delivery service to ensure the safe return
of the package.
All decisions are subject to British Law.
